SCOTT WEINGER Q & A
Fourth Edition: November 7, 2005
Question: Bonjour Scott - I really didn't like how your role in Full House was that
of a dumb jock. It's obvious that nothing could be further from the truth in
reality--magna cum laude at Harvard!
Scott: Thanks for the kind words. It's always fun to play a dumb character,
and the role of Steve was no exception. Of course I do things every
day I'd consider to be pretty idiotic, Harvard degree or not!
Question: What do you find most fascinating about
Paris in the 20s? J'adore Paris!!! (From: Tri)
Scott: Everything about Paris in the 20's fascinates me. I'm a huge Ernest
Hemingway fan, and of course I love F. Scott Fitzgerald, who lived
there too. It was probably the most exciting time and place to be an
artist in the 20th Century. If you go to Paris today armed with one
of the better guide books (I love "Walks in Hemingway's Paris" by Noel
Riley Fitch), you'll really learn a lot. Happily, a lot of the places
still exist, so you can get a sense of what it might have been like
back then.
Question: Who is your favorite person (character) in full house? My all time
favorite show is full house. (From: james1955@aol.com)
Scott: Steve Hale was of course my favorite character! I'm glad you like the show!
Question: What was your most memorable moment on the Full House set? (From:
Brittany Berin)
Scott: There were many memorable moments, but for me, one of my favorites was in the last season of the series when my character
surprised DJ at the door. The producers didn't tell the cast I was
coming back from college for the week to do the episode, so they too
were genuinely surprised. We had a great week together.
Question: What was the most enjoyable activity you took part in this summer? (From:
Jennifer)
Scott: The most fun I had this summer was a fantastic trip to Florida.
Question: Where is a previously unvisited destination you would most like to
travel to & why? (From: Jennifer)
Scott: I still have never been to Italy (except a day in Portofino) and I can't wait to make the trip.
Question: Could you please confirm whether or not you have a credit in Kingdom
Hearts 2? The IMDB keeps changing it...
Scott: I'm for sure going to be in Kingdom Hearts 2 -- I recorded my dialogue
a few months ago and had a great time. I'm sure it will be even
cooler than the first one, which was a huge success.
